Congratulations to Ms. Britta Guerrero, CEO Sacramento Native American Health Center (SNAHC) for achieving accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), in addition to certification as a Patient Centered Health Home.
Tuesday, April 26th, the NCUIH Executive Committee had a Conferring Meeting with Indian Health Service in Orlando, Florida at the 2016 Tribal Self-Governance Consultation Conference in Buena Vista Palace, Orlando, Florida.
NCUIH exercised the Policy last week on a matter vital to its Members. Donna LC Keeler, NCUIH President, Rudy Soto, NCUIH Policy Analyst, and Aren Sparck, Government Affairs Officer for the Seattle Urban Indian Health Board, had a face-to-face meeting with IHS on Friday, November 12, 2015.
NCUIH Board President and leadership staff from the National Council of Urban Indian Health (NCUIH) have had successful meet-and-greet meetings with select federal agencies in the Washington DC area during the past month.
